Some basic exercises of our daily life so that you stay fit and healthy:-

1. Rope Jumping:  If you jump rope every day, then your whole body develops and this is the best exercise to develop our entire body. Also, it reduces your belly fat.


2. Push-Ups: By doing this exercise, our entire body also develops and at the same time it has more effect on our chest and shoulder.


3. Squads: Doing this exercise makes our thigh stronger and helps us to run fast.


4. Crunches: It strengthens our stomach and back and helps in making our packs.


5. Pull-Ups: It is also a very good exercise.  With this, our whole body develops and you increase our height as well as shoulder strong.

 

So, these are all exercises that you can do daily and avoid a lot of problems.  Like Acidity, Back pain, Strain, Sprain, Stomach pain, etc.


The last thing I want to say is that all these exercises were done daily, stay fit, and make a good personality.
