Amazon has announced Thursday to bring Fitness Smartwatch to market with a smart band called Halo. The e-commerce platform has launched this smart band with lots of functions and apart from our day-to-day work, it will also detect our tone and determine how we speak and the 3D scans our body fat. The halo band is completely different from the smartwatch in the market and the functions are also different because when you buy the smartwatch from the market it will have a screen, but the halo band does not have a screen at all. First of all, we have to know about how many parts of our chest and what Push-ups should be done to trend them? Today we all know that if we are doing proper workouts then we need to take a good diet. Today I will tell you the whole day workout diet. First of all, we should get up and drink water.  After that our morning diet should be something like this. We should eat boiled eggs and a bowl of gram and oatmeal with it.  After that, we should take a second diet at 11:00 am in which we eat some fruits like bananas and apples. After that, in the day's diet, in which we should take a plate of rice and badi vegetables, lentils, and salad.  And now in the last, we should take a night diet in which we should eat four to five chapati with cheese vegetable.
