How to develop a Chest at home



First of all, we have to know about how many parts of our chest and what Push-ups should be done to trend them? So, our chest has two muscles- pectoral major muscles and pectoral minor muscles. The upper part of our complete chest comes in pectoral major and in pectoral minor, the lower part of the side portion of our chest arrives. In this, we divide the pectoral major into five parts-  upper pectoral major muscles, lower pectoral major muscles, middle pectoral major muscles, inner pectoral major muscles, and outer pectoral major muscles. 

So let me tell you.  There are some PushUps that help us to develop the chest. All of them will have to consider the pushups in the set. During the day you will have to do three sets and within sets, you can do pushups according to your potential.

  • The first one is Knee Push-ups: these push-ups are for those who do not even do simple push-ups.  This exercise reduces the fat in our chest and helps in developing our chest. 


  • Second is Simple Push-ups: It helps to increase the pectoral major muscles of our chest as well as develops our triceps and shoulders. Also, it enhances our full-body strength.


  • The third is Wide Push-ups: it increases our outer pectoral muscles and reduces the fat of the chest as well as strengthens our core.  


  • Fourth is Diamond Push-ups: It helps develop our inner pectoral muscles and also strengthens our Deltoid part.  


  • The fifth is Indian Push-ups: It helps to develops our overall chest as well as our Spine flexibility body posture, and joint.


  • The sixth is Inclined Push-ups: it helps to develop our lower pectoral muscles and at the same time strengthens our back and pecks. 


  • The seventh is Declined Push-ups: it helps to develop upper pectoral major muscles in our chest and at the same time it also pumps our shoulder, which also gives our shoulder a good exercise, and that too becomes strong.


If you do all these push-ups, then you can also make your own attractive chest.
