Basic Workout Diet For Begginner's

Today we all know that if we are doing proper workouts then we need to take a good diet.


Today I will tell you the whole day workout diet. First of all, we should get up and drink water.


 After that our morning diet should be something like this. We should eat boiled eggs and a bowl of gram and oatmeal with it. 


After that, we should take a second diet at 11:00 am in which we eat some fruits like bananas and apples.


After that, in the day's diet, in which we should take a plate of rice and badi vegetables, lentils, and salad.


 And now in the last, we should take a night diet in which we should eat four to five chapati with cheese vegetable.


This was our whole day's diet.  If you follow it strictly then no one can stop you from becoming your best body.
