How to remove Stomach Pain (cramps) while running.

We see that a lot of people who run have a problem that they say.  They start to have pain in their stomach while running. So, today I will tell you why we get stomach ache while running and which people have it?


This happens most to those people who are starting to run or those who have given up running.  Then there are those who are lacking stamina and most obese people also have problems.

So first of all let me tell you why this problem happens to people because whether they drink a lack of water, if people eat more food to do not take a good rest to go while running,  not doing proper stretching and warm-up before running, and many other reasons.


So, let me tell you some preventions that you must do before running or while running or after running.  

First of all, if we are going to the running, then we have to keep all these things in mind before. That we should have to eat our food 2 to 3 hours before and there should be no shortage of water in the body. Proper stretching and warm-up should be done before going to running and we should also avoid fiber's rich food.

So while running, if we are running a long race and our stomach starts to ache, then we should slow down the pace of our running a little and when our stomach ache decreases slightly, then run in our early speed and second tips here is that if we are having a stomachache while running, then we should use Electral Powder which helps in removing this stomach cramps while running.

Then after running, we should do these exercises, first, we had taken long breaths in my nose and out my mouth and should not leave you with your mouth.  It should be done and then stretching properly and then do a little core workout.
