How to run fast 100m

 You all will know that the 100 meter is the most exciting and most important race and most of the people want to participate in this and win this. Today I will tell you how you run the 100 meter with fast speed, 100 meter is such a race in which stamina is needed and at the same time it is very important to have more speed because it ends as soon as it starts. In that we have to increase the explosives strength. So, that we can run the 100 meter very fast.


There are some exercises which would increase our explosives strength.

  • So first is High knees: High Knees are a Cardio-intensive exercise which is done at very high speed, it strengthens our core and all of our leg muscles parts.  We have to do this up to 30 meters and we have to do four sets of it.
  • The second is Butt Kicks: It is also called a running drill key. This exercise protects us from injury in the running.  It also helps in increasing the speed of our hamstring contraction so that we can run faster.  We also have to do it for 30 meters and we have to do four sets of it.

  • The third is Squad Jumps: This exercise increases our explosive power and at the same time strengthens our upper body and lower body strength. This exercise also improves our ability.  In this we can run very fast.  In this, we have to jump 30 squats in one set and we have to do three sets of it.

  • The fourth is Box Jumps: This exercise strengthens our explosive strength, speed strength and vertical jump  power.  At the same time it also strengthens our core and also boosts our endurance.  In this also we have to do 30 box jump in one set and this total is three sets.

  • And last the fifth is Cross-Leg Jumps: this exercise is the most explosive exercise overall. This include our whole body workouts as well as strengthens our thigh and our core strength most . So,that we can run fast. In this, we also have to do 30 meters in a set and have to do its total 3 sets.
